Municipal, Airport, and FBO Services

Municipal / Airport / FBO: Air Taxi Success Program

To attract air taxi service, airports must meet a set of standards defined by the Air Taxi Association's (ATXA) founding members. The ATXA works with community economic development alliances (which typically include the airport authority, municipalities, chambers of commerce, FBOs and other interested parties) in the successful implementation of an air taxi magnet program. The ATXA works to do this in a four part system which includes:

(1) Analyze the positive economic impact.

(2) Create public awareness of the opportunity.

(3) Secure local business commitment to the air taxi program.

(4) Make necessary airport improvements to meet the standards
set by our member air taxi organizations.

Investment & Financial Consulting

The Air Taxi Association (ATXA) provides in-depth financial consulting with a breadth and depth of industry expertise that cannot be matched. The ATXA offers complete third-party validation of business models and projections. With strict firewalls in place, there is no conflict of interest as we have a fiduciary responsibility to objectively conduct each analysis. In addition, the Air Taxi Association has unique insight into further savings that can be realized via common standards.

These standards will reduce operating expenses and increase the likelihood of future acquisitions with lower integration expenses and higher market valuations. By offering investment consulting in this rapidly growing arena, the ATXA works under a three-way nondisclosure agreement protecting both the integrity of our rapidly emerging industry and the intellectual integrity of investment decisions

To receive ATXA investment and financial consulting, you will need to:

(1) Request a quote with the scope of work and research, alongside your stated goals;

(2) Sign a three-way nondisclosure agreement with the provided business plan and financial analysis;

(3) Agree upon scope of work, timeline, and accept bid.

The ATXA will conduct a detailed financial and investment analysis, working with industry and financial experts to meet the scope of work and provide a full examination.
